Satisfaction
It is my promise that you leave looking and feeling your best! If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please let me know within 7 days of your original service date so I can make it right for you.
Cancelations
I respectfully request 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you may be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of your missed appointment.
I understand that life happens sometimes. If an unavoidable emergency does come up, please notify me as soon as you can!
Lateness
Please be courteous to me and to fellow clients by arriving on time to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may forfeit part or all of your appointment and will be asked to reschedule.
I ask that you call or text the shop to inform me of any lateness, if you are 5 minutes late I will call you.
Lateness disrupts my schedule and ability to promptly service other clients. Habitual lateness will result in scheduling privileges being revoked.
